Axendor Advisory was founded by Moncef Zakraoui, a Procurement and Finance Transformation professional with more than 12 years of international experience delivering operational excellence across complex organizations.
Throughout his career, Moncef has led initiatives spanning procurement transformation, Source-to-Pay governance, supplier enablement, SAP Ariba optimization, finance process improvement and change management. His experience combines strategic advisory with operational execution, enabling organizations to move from fragmented processes to structured, governed and scalable operating models.
Having worked across multinational environments and cross-functional teams, he understands that successful transformation requires more than technology. It requires alignment between people, processes and governance.
